United
Companies Reports Positive First Quarter in 2007
FOR
RELEASE on May 17, 2007 at 9:30am (Market Open)
FT.
LAUDERDALE, FL - United Companies Corporation subsidiary Trebor
Industries, Inc. dba Brownie's Third Lung (OTC BB: UCPJ) reported a
profitable first quarter in 2007.
For
the three months ended March 31, 2007, net revenues were $879,257 as
compared to net revenues of $702,738 for the three months ended March
31, 2006, an increase of $176,519 or 25.12%. This increase is primarily
attributable to several large tankfill projects initiated and completed
in the first quarter of 2007. Hookah and public safety sales were slightly
down as compared to the first quarter of 2006.
For
that same period, cost of net revenues was $585,851 as compared to $436,680
for the three months ended March 31, 2006, an increase of $149,171 or
34.16%. Material cost was up for the first quarter of 2007 over the
same period in 2006 consistent with the increase in sales volume. The
cost of material as a percentage of net revenues was up as a result
of the sales mix. While direct labor as a percentage of net revenues
for the first quarter of 2007 was consistent with the first quarter
of 2006, the dollar amount was higher as a result of additional personnel
and significant project-specific overtime.

Vessel
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Tuesday, May 16, 2006
FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida
Brownie’s Third Lung (OTC BB: UCPJ) expands its contract for an
extensive diving system with hyperbaric support on a 170-foot Shadow
Marine specialty yacht to include additional dive equipment storage
and Trimix blending capabilities . Initially the project included air
and Nitrox production and storage systems featuring multiple compressors
and extensive gas storage cylinders. The addition of a custom designed
dive storage room and Trimix systems allow this vessel to easily support
divers for recreational and technical diving.
Brownie’s in-house engineering department will design and fabricate
custom dive equipment storage and staging rooms according to the specifications

refit, the storage room will include a Dive Resource Center featuring
a stainless steel work bench and camera equipment station, along with
regulator holders and wetsuit racks to support over 20 divers.

control panel piped to a 16-cylinder helium storage rack. This system

Companies Responds to Shareholder Inquiries
FOR RELEASE Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at 9:30am
FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida
Robert
Carmichael, 954-462-5570 x202

systems are constantly evolving to bring innovation and simplicity to
diving from vessels of all sizes. A network of hundreds of dealers both
in the diving and boating accessory retailers brings the concept of
“Diving Made Easy!”™ to the general boating consumer
while OEM relationships with several builders introduces the products
and concept into boating at the earliest and most fundamental level.
The company seeks to expand further into the boating marketplace by
pursuing additional dealer and OEM relationships at all product levels.
As of March 21, 2006, United Companies Corporation had 250,000,000 shares
of common stock authorized and 148,970,677 shares issued resulting in

employee of 25 years, holds 95,000,000 restricted shares leaving the
balance among a few hundred shareholders. The COO holds options for
28,571,429 shares. A stand-by equity distribution agreement (SEDA) in

An additional diver can be added using a kit available through Brownie’s
dealers.

United
Companies Brownie’s Third Lung Experiences Increased Interest
in its Nitrox Maker™ System
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Thursday, February 28, 2006 at 9:30am
FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida / February 27, 2006
United Companies Corporation Subsidiary Trebor Industries Inc. dba Brownie’s
Third Lung (OTC BB: UCPJ) is preparing to install another of its Nitrox
Maker™ systems on a luxury yacht. In the last year, Brownie’s
has experienced increased interest in this onboard Nitrox generation
unit as general knowledge about the advantages of diving Nitrox becomes
more recognized worldwide. Divers who use Nitrox instead of standard
compressed air experience many advantages including reduced post-dive
fatigue and reduced risk of decompression sickness when diving conservatively.
Brownie’s Nitrox Maker™ is a modular system, which aids
in installation of the unit and makes it relatively easy to operate.
To select a gas mixture, the operator simply uses the dials on the unit
to choose the desired oxygen percentage for the final mix. The Nitrox
Maker™ uses two independent oxygen analyzers to ensure the accuracy
of the final mixture. The gas produced can either be used to fill scuba
tanks directly or stored in a series of high pressure tanks for future
use. All of the components of the Nitrox Maker™ are encased in
a King Starboard® cabinet that allows for easy installation and
an attractive finish.
Brownie’s custom designs each Nitrox Maker™ to accommodate
personal diving needs and the vessel’s available space. Many existing
air compressor systems can be upgraded to include a Nitrox Maker™,
offering the numerous benefits of diving Nitrox, without the need to
invest in a new air compressor. Brownie’s also offers a full line
of air compressors systems that can be upgraded to include the Nitrox
Maker™.
Brownie’s designs, builds and installs diving solutions from floating
recreational hookah diving systems to a full-line of state-of-the-art
air compressors and mixed-gas blending stations. For more information

Brownie’s
Third Lung Increases High Pressure Unit Sales in 2005
United Companies Corporation, Fort Lauderdale
United Companies Corporation, (OTCBB: UCPJ):
Fort Lauderdale,
FL
February
6, 2006
During the 2005 calendar year, United Companies Corporation subsidiary
Trebor Industries, Inc. dba Brownie’s Third Lung (OTC BB: UCPJ)
experienced a 15.4% increase in the number of units sold of its high
pressure compressor systems in comparison to 2004.
In the 2005 calendar year, much of Brownie’s high pressure system
sales shifted from the smaller Yacht Pro™ 35 (YP35) to the larger
and more powerful Yacht Pro™ 45 (YP45). The YP45 offers higher
performance in the same compact footprint. The additional power of the
YP45 allows for more continuous duty and faster tank fills. Both the
YP35 and YP45 feature a Digital Frequency Drive designed to slowly “ramp
up” to full speed, eliminating the initial draw on the vessel’s
electrical system upon startup.
Management of the company attributes the increase in unit sales to several
factors, including but not limited to, increased consumer knowledge
of the product and OEM program incentives.

recreational hookah diving systems to a full-line of state-of-the-art

United
Companies Floating Hookah Sales up in 2005
United
Companies Corporation, Fort Lauderdale
United Companies Corporation, (OTCBB: UCPJ):
January
30, 2006
Trebor Industries, Inc. dba Brownie’s Third Lung (OTC BB: UCPJ),
a United Companies Corporation subsidiary, saw a 19.4% increase in unit
sales of its popular floating dive systems in calendar year 2005 versus
calendar year 2004.
Brownie’s Floating Systems provide air to as many as four divers
from a compressor that floats on the surface of the water. The “Brownie”
gives groups and families the ability to dive together from the same
air source, while still offering the freedom for each diver to explore.
Brownie’s Floating Systems do not require the bulky equipment
necessary for conventional scuba diving, such as tanks and buoyancy
compensators. This makes divers more streamlined in the water by reducing
the drag caused by equipment.
Using a Brownie’s surface supplied diving system also eliminates
the need and cost of air fills. The “Brownie” system’s
oil-less compressor provides up to 4 divers with approximately three
hours of air on less than one gallon of gas. An entire 3 diver system
weighs less and takes up less space than a single set of scuba equipment
with two tanks. This significantly reduces deck clutter often caused
by diving equipment.
Brownie’s designs, builds and installs diving solutions from floating
recreational hookah diving systems to a full-line of state-of-the-art
air compressors and mixed-gas blending stations.

United
Companies Brownie’s Third Lung Unit Sales Increase
FT. LAUDERDALE, FL.
United Companies Corporation, Fort Lauderdale
Robert Carmichael, 954-462-5570
United Companies Corporation, (OTCBB:UCPJ):
August
24, 2005
From January 1, 2005 through August 15, 2005, United Companies Corporation
subsidiary Trebor Industries, Inc. dba Brownie’s Third Lung has
experienced an increase in the number of units sold of its very popular
floating hookah diving systems as compared to the same period of both
2003 and 2004. The increases over 2003 and 2004 are 24.17% (2003 vs.
2005) and 7.31% (2004 vs. 2005) respectively.
The “Brownie” floating system provides air to up to four
divers simultaneously from a compressor that floats above them on the
surface of the water. The advantages this presents over conventional
scuba are significant.
The entire family or group remains together, connected by the hoses
from the compressor, but with each diver having enough individual hose
to explore.
The
reduction in weight of the necessary “wearable” gear allows
smaller divers, especially children, greater access and mobility.
As well as
eliminating the continued costs and logistics for air fills and cylinder
maintenance, space requirements on the boat are much less as up to four
divers can use the system on multiple dives, eliminating the need for
tanks and the space they take up.
Management of the company attributes the increase to several factors
including but not limited to increased presence in boating retail centers,
dealer program incentives, the inclusion of web-based training with
the product and more favorable weather conditions.

September

United Company’s Trebor Industries, Inc. (d/b/a Brownie’s
Third Lung) exceeded management’s target of a 30% increase in
revenues for the eight month period ended August 31, 2004.
This increase is predominantly attributable to revenues related to the
custom design, engineering and fabrication services provided to the
yachting industry. Brownie’s Third Lung has long been a leader
in air and mixed gas delivery systems, specifically serving the diving/yachting
market. Plans are currently in the making to expand these offerings
to yacht builders, allowing seamless integration of diving systems during
the initial builds, and value-added sales for the builders themselves.
Additional revenues were generated through the SeaDoo Scooter distributorship
established earlier this year. In August, Brownie’s facility in
Fort Lauderdale shipped 90% of its first allotment from SeaDoo within
24 hours of receipt. Additional sales promotions will be announced in
September to further promote this new relationship.
