Nomad Mini

• Yes, the Nomad Mini comes with a foam shell that provides inherent buoyancy for diving. To enhance buoyancy, stability, and visibility during offshore dives, we offer two options: the included Dry Bag Float or the Flotation Tube. The Dry Bag Float is included with the Nomad Mini, while the Flotation Tube can be purchased separately for optimal diving experience.

• The DiveBoost™ Kit is equipped with advanced electronics that enable the simultaneous use of multiple lithium-ion batteries. This unique DiveBoost technology allows users to stack batteries, significantly extending your dive time. With the ability to stack up to two DiveBoost kits, you can maximize your underwater exploration. However, please note that while it extends dive time, it doesn’t increase the depth rating of your Nomad Mini.

• Nemo is engineered for dives up to 10 feet deep. Nomad Mini allows divers to reach depths of 15 feet and features an optional accessory for stacking batteries for extended dive time. Nomad, on the other hand, is crafted for dives up to 30 feet deep.

• As long as the very top of the intake snorkel remains above the water, you will continue to receive fresh air flow from Nomad Mini. The rest of the unit can be submerged. If water does get inside the pump, no damage will be caused. Simply rinse it through with fresh water.

• Absolutely! The lithium battery used is under the limit and accepted by most airlines in carry-on luggage so that you can travel around the world with Nomad Mini. The Nomad Mini inside its backpack will fit as carry-on luggage, or you can check the unit while bringing the battery as carry-on. • Certainly! When diving in shallow waters with the Nomad Mini, you can anticipate extended run times. Plus, you can coil up any excess hose length for a streamlined experience, keeping the Nomad Mini conveniently close. For dives less than 10 feet deep, the Nemo can deliver similar or even longer run times. Though it’s worth noting that the Nomad Mini is already engineered for dives up to 15 feet deep with a single battery. The DiveBoost™ Kit further enhances the diving experience by allowing users to add an additional battery for increased dive time

WARNING: Nomad Mini uses strong magnets. Magnets may interfere with pacemakers or medical implants. It is advised that persons with pacemakers or medical implants do not use Nomad. Persons with pacemakers or medical implants must stay back at least 2 feet from the Nomad Mini main body at all times.

Prior to Nomad Mini Diving, ALL USERS Must:

1.  Read and understand the Nomad Mini Owner’s – Users Manual
   
2.  Complete the BLU3 Fitness to Dive Evaluation
   
3.  Complete the BLU3 Online Dive Training Course 

All Users must be able to:

1.  Swim 200 yards without stopping, without a time limit
2.  Tread water for 10 minutes continuously

Age Limits:

1. Users must be 8 years of age or older to Nomad Mini dive, but are restricted to diving in a swimming pool only, in water shallow enough so that they can stand with their head above the surface of the water.
2. Users must be 10 years of age or older to dive outside of the pool.
3. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian supervision at all times.
