A reserve breathing system is a must when diving. Available now through Brownie’s THIRD LUNG™, you’ll find the smallest, most-compact redundant system available for out-of-air emergencies. The patented SPARE AIR® should be a standard piece of diving equipment for the safety-minded diver.
SPARE AIR® is a refillable fully self-contained breathing device. Store the SPARE AIR® at full pressure and refill it only if you use it or need to travel on a commercial airline. The always-on regulator is ready to deliver life-saving air in an underwater emergency or toxic air environment.
The pressure indicator white pin will extend completely out when the unit is filled. The pin will recess into the pressure indicator when the unit requires refilling.
Mounted directly onto your Brownie’s THIRD LUNG™ Weight Integrated Cummerbelt, the custom SPARE AIR® Sleeve zips directly into place at the small of your back. Should you need to retrieve the SPARE AIR® bottle, reach back with your right hand, remove the bottle from the sleeve, insert it into the mouth, purge water as necessary and breathe! QUICK – SIMPLE – SAFE!
Here, we provide a sleeve/holster that attaches to our weight belt and allows the SPARE AIR® to ride along the small of your back.
