At Brownie’s Marine Group, we respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. It is our intent to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you or received from a partner. All security on our Websites is treated seriously.

Privacy Terms & Security

Where applicable, we undertake security steps, including use of SSL technology, on our back-end systems that store customer account information and to protect data transmissions. However, this is not a guarantee that such data transmissions cannot be accessed, altered or deleted due to firewall or other security software failures. We use a variety of current technologies and processes for the protection of our customer data. We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract to only what they need to carry out their responsibilities.

How We Use Email: When you provide us your email address, we will email you as necessary to process your order, respond to a request or provide customer service. For example, after you place an order at Brownie’s, you will receive an email confirmation.

Brownie’s implements a variety of safety measures to ensure the safety of your personal information. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to any outside parties.

Privacy of Children on Our website: Our website is not intended for unsupervised use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Product Recall

Brownie’s Marine Group is committed to manufacturing dive equipment that exceeded the industries highest standards. Nevertheless, we recognize that eventually a component could be shipped to our customers that does not meet our expectations of quality. Even as we do our best to only ship quality products, we will announce any recall in a timely manner, along with the procedure that will need to be followed to ensure a quick and bureaucratic handling of the issue.

Refund / Return

Returns must be new and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. All returns resulting in a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refunds will be provided by the same method the original payment was received (PayPal, Credit Card) and to the same card in the case of credit card transactions.

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which can be obtained by calling +1-954-462-5570. Additional packing instructions may be given at that time. Unauthorized returns, returns shipped freight collect and returns missing RMA numbers may be refused or subject to additional inspection/processing fees.

Shipping / Delivery

Your items will ship as soon as possible during our normal business hours (Monday -Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays). Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS and FedEx. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Depending on the value of your order, a signature may be required for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped within the state of Florida unless delivered to a verified freight forward company, will be charged sales tax.
