Many of you know Heather as the friendly, knowledgeable voice who answers when you call the factory. Her expertise with the Brownie’s THIRD LUNG™ product line comes from years of hands-on experience with every component of the system. But Heather’s role goes far beyond the phone—she’s also a vital part of the factory floor. Cross-trained in direct drive compressor assembly, motor and compressor repairs, and even sewing department product development, Heather wears many hats. Need a shipment arranged overseas—even to Dubai? Heather makes it happen. And that’s only a glimpse of what she brings to the team!
Jerry Remmers has been part of the Brownie’s THIRD LUNG™ team since 1996, starting as a technician and quickly becoming an integral part of building, servicing, and advancing the THIRD LUNG™ systems. A Florida resident since 1974, Jerry spends his weekends on the water—kayaking, fishing, diving, and sometimes all three at once. And if he can pair those adventures with a good Cuban cigar, he certainly will!
Herb is a dedicated technician at Brownie's THIRD LUNG, specializing in the service, repair, and testing of our dive systems, regulators, and hoses. Working alongside the team, Herb ensures that each unit meets our rigorous standards for quality and reliability. With a wealth of technical knowledge and a passion for excellence, Herb plays a crucial role in keeping our products ready for underwater adventures.
Sheila Perrier joined the Brownie’s THIRD LUNG™ Team 29 years ago to help answer the phones for $5 an hour! Today she plays in intricate part in procuring materials from all over the world for us to build the best in the world Brownie’s THIRD LUNG™ systems. Besides being an incredible negotiator of products, she is also our teams mother away from home and dear friend. We could NEVER do what we do here at Brownie’s THIRD LUNG™ without her!
