The BOS 1
For proper weight distribution and ease of placement, Motor/Compressor and Battery modules are individually mounted on King Starboard with pre-drilled holes. Modules snap together with Anderson fittings.

Even our reed-valves are made in America by a very precise etching method and are pure high-grade stainless.

Battery for this package is NOT provided. A 24 v battery source is required to operate the compressor.

The BOS 3
For the longer dive, The BOS 3 operates off of (2) Odyssey PC1500 batteries and recharges in approximately 6 hours off of the boats power source. Modular components allow for easy placement and even weight distribution throughout your vessel.

The Express Diver 2 & 3’s motor/compressor is mounted on a King starboard base with pre-drilled holes for an easy installation. Comes with 2.5 gal aluminum accumulator tank which ensures your divers have a full, effortless breathe of air every time even if drawing air at the exact time as their other fellow divers. All of the components connect easily together with our patented QRS fittings.

Mounting Base Plate
The system comes with a 0.75” King Starboard TM base plate with 4 pre-drilled mounting holes.
Use the 4 pre-drilled holes in the base plate to securely mount the unit.
The unit should not be operated if each bolt is not properly fastened to the vessel.
1⁄4 – 20 Machine Screw Recommended
Mounting Location
The installation area should be dry and well ventilated. If breathable air is not available while the compressor is running, Brownie’s recommends running a fresh air intake to a clean air source.
Electrical Wiring
The unit has a Red (+) and Black (-) cable coming from the Sterling Battery to Battery charger. The person installing the unit must connect these wires directly to the boats house batteries. The unit also has a smaller black and yellow cable used for the optional explanation of both systems can be found in the user manual.
