  • All items are evaluated by our team
  • Receive $300 to $1,400 in trade-in credit

Core Rebuild Program (Gas Systems Only)

Extend the life of your Brownie’s system with a factory rebuild using new components.

  • Available for gas-powered systems only
  • Ship or bring your unit to Brownie’s Third Lung Factory located at 4061 SW 47 Ave Davie, FL 33314
  • New engine and compressor installed
  • Original pan and heat hose reused

Additional Repair Costs

Add $250 per item:

  • Piston locked
  • Engine locked
  • Fuel tank replacement
  • Carburetor replacement

Condition Surcharge

Add $250 total (one-time) if:

  • Subaru engine
  • OR 3 or more repair issues

This fee is applied once, even if both conditions are present.

Upgrade Option

Upgrade to a dual-head (390) for $250.

Example

285B with 3 issues:

$999 + $750 repairs + $250 surcharge = $1,999
